Patients appreciate the smooth experience and the staff's efforts to reduce stress, even without an appointment. Overall, the health center makes potentially difficult experiences easier and more comfortable.
I have always had the most pleasant experience at this location, the ladies at the desk are so incredibly sweet, informative & empathetic. I came in for bloodwork recently, and even though I have a fear of needles, the girls were so patient and kind with me. I only had to wait a few minutes, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! They even offered me apple juice + snacks to help me from getting light headed during the bloodwork. I truly feel like my health and well being is in the best hands when coming here. I wish I could rate them even more stars - keep being amazing!
Genuinely the nicest, most empathetic and compassionate women I have ever met in the medical field. I suffered from severe medical trauma specifically surrounding gynecological care and they took the time to listen to my story, cry with me and make me feel seen, heard, and understood. They answered all of my questions with honesty and care. I was a bit dizzy from anxiety and I had a ginger ale and crackers in my hand before my pants were even off. They did not pressure me to complete anything that day and instead met me where I was mentally and set up a medical plan for me to continue treatment on my terms, giving me back control and autonomy of my body again.
