Don’t bother trying to make an appointment here. They either don’t answer or they hang up on you. I’m gonna have to literally switch neurologists because they won’t call me back or answer when I try to reschedule my appointment.

If you call, be prepared to play the longest game of phone tag. When you finally do get connected to someone, they’ll hang up on you or disrespect you THEN hang up. No one knows what they’re doing, even the doctors.I’m seriously finding another doctor because I’m tired of this phone tag, disrespectful staff, and no answers from the so-called experts.Update: I have had two instances in a row where my medication refills were not sent to my pharmacy correctly. The first time I reported it, I was told it was not on their end. This place is so unprofessional and again no one answers the phone. There’s only one office admin for like four doctors there. I am a patient who has Blepharospasm. Dr Guttuso does my Botox injections with a gentle touch and exactly where needed to maximize its effectiveness. The office is clean and bright and staff are kind and professional.
