My daughter has not been seen by this office yet. However I want to recognize Aretha who I spoke to this morning. She is absolutely wonderful to talk to. She is so kind and she was able to get our doctors office to finally send over information we have been asking them to do for weeks. Aretha called them and got them to send it within mins, and she called me back immediately. She is wonderful and so kind and can tell she is an asset to this office.
Doesn't seem to be a functioning practice, as they they don't answer their patient portal messages or their phone. I've been trying to get an imaging order for over a year now. After months of ghosting, they ordered the wrong test. 2 months of attempted calls and portal messages later I'm now in limbo about my imaging order. I can't imagine how many patients miss their windows for treatment waiting on this deeply incompetent place.
Edit: Finally got ahold of a secretary who promptly lost her shit at me over the phone, started calling me names, and tried to hang up when I said they had made a mistake with the order. Staff always seems angry, defensive, too dim-witted...read full review
This place is a joke. I would not take my dog there. We walked out of there saying we would never return. The doctor just wanted to keep passing the buck.
- No reminders about appointments but boy they will charge you for a no show.
I would never go there even if this was the last place on Earth.
