Dr. Sofat and her team were caring and competent. The Dr. was very thorough and gave me plenty of time to explain my symptoms. Her compassionate, yet professional manner really put me at ease. I highly recommend this practice.
this office's patient care is laughably bad. any time you call, you're placed on an extended hold, and the second the call is answered it automatically hangs up on you. the recorded message encourages you to use their patient portal, but if you don't have an existing account there's no option to create a new one. People aren't calling their neurologists for fun, these are serious manners and this office makes it a point to make themselves unreachable. I highly recommend finding a different specialist in the area.
