The providers here are wonderful but several of the receptionists and whoever answers the phones are consistently rude, disorganized and you can tell they do not want to deal with anyone in general!
I had my new patient appointment yesterday and the provider that facilitated my appointment Jenna was wonderful! She took the time to sit with me and speak about my medical concerns and brainstorm solutions with me that I felt comfortable with! I have always dreaded going to the doctors office but the experience I had yesterday changed my opinion on going to the doctors.
Highly recommend Dr. Brownell at Southgate Medical Group. He took his time and really listened to what was going on. He was thorough and worked with me to find the most effective way to resolve my shoulder pain! Thank you!
