I love this doctors office! I have been going there for years. Dr. Nguyen is an amazing doctor and all the medical assistants and PA's are super great too! I only had an issue with one of the women in the endocrinology dept of that doctors office. This office has many options besides just primary care including and imaging section in the building and they have doctors specializing in a lot of different areas. There is an audiology place in the building and I know the part of the building is more of a cosmetic type care. Overall very happy with this facility!

A little over two years ago, I stepped in to Southgate Medical and had an appointment with PA Heather Leary. Due to her guidance and professional requests I followed her as well as I could. I was so sick with uncontrolled diabetes, but skin infection and many other medical issues issues. Due to her referrals and education, I can honestly say she and her team is Southgate Medical saved my life. I’ve seen some negative reviews and I have a feeling most of them are non-compliant. That’s why you go to a doctor. They’re the professional. I decided to try this medical practice and I was quite surprised after reading the reviews , My new primary is friendly and competent. Wait time was under ten minutes and if you need blood work, they send it electronically every time (My past primary doctors who would forget).
Update year number two. So far everything is fine.
