Got bit by a feral cat and had to get a series of rabies shots over a couple weeks at COEM. I always dealt with Ben for appointments and check in and he was always very accommodating and nice. He made what I thought was going to be a daunting process a great experience. Kudos to Ben and the staff that gave me the shots as well. Everyone there was very nice. Thank you! 👍🏻
