Depends on who you get honestly. We’ve been here almost 9 years. Dr Berti and Dyson are great.. and Annie. They always have us come in if I have a concern and they are very thorough testing for everything just in case. However, they did miss my son’s asthma and he ended up getting diagnosed less than a month later at Buffalo medical group.
Their PA Annie is amazing. We always request her. She is so kind and so thorough. Always eases my worries and takes her time. Was amazing with my daughter during our son's appt since she wanted attention too! Dr Berti is also really great. There was one doctor we got once during a sick visit that I was unhappy with but I just always request Annie or Dr Berti
My husband and I wouldn't trust our children's health with anyone else! In 21 years we have not once been disappointed! From the moment we walk into the office to the moment we leave, we are ALL treated with warmth and respect. The doctors and staff genuinely care about the well-being of our children and go above and beyond to make them comfortable and keep them healthy! The doctors remain very current in their medical practices, and make sure the office is a fun, friendly and welcoming place to be!
