“Nice salespeople and helpful with selection. Was able to order new glasses with the oval type of bifocal (cut the glass on the inside so they bifocals are not noticeable) and clip-on sunglasses. Now, when I have my sunglasses on, I can read something and (when fishing) tie a knot.
The store was accommodating with delivery issues (the color I wanted will become available in two months) by offering a loaner pair of the same size and model, and swop out the lenses when the ones I want come in.
Ordered the glasses today and will update this post when they come in.“

“I had the best experience at TLC LASIK in Slingerlands, NY. From my first contact with the office until I left after my procedure I felt comfortable, less anxious, and excited. They made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. At my first appointment, Jayda and Dr Hunt were great with explaining everything to me. They made me so comfortable and my anxiety level significantly dropped. Jayda was even great at responding quickly to my emails with more questions. At first I thought not, but with recent developments that they are going to attempt to Prior Authorize the medications I asked for- (instead of Restatis) I feel at ease, even with my dry eye being uncomfortable, painful, and just plainly put: an unbearable situation combined with my eye allergies and other atopic disease's that I have. Dr. Jordan Kassoff, MD is a really good personable doctor and an attentive eye specialist for dry eye disease. “Place is excellent. I've been in for several visits and an eye exams. I'm brand new to needing and wearing glasses. I wish every type of service place was like this.
They are very efficient with walk in assistance and provide prompt and pleasant service. and there are enough places to sit comfortably and not feel crowded.
Tom is an all-star. I believe he is the supervisor. He has helped me many times. I have gone for glasses repairs 3 times now, over a 2 year period and some or most staff are excellent, as is the experience and customer service.“

“I’ve been here twice with glasses emergencies. Both times was in and out within 20 minutes with my expectations exceeded. First time glasses were broken, was told by another place that i had to get a jeweler to solder them and that they wouldn’t attempt to help. Again was in and out of walmart with the repair made within 20minutes. Second time my frames were snapped in half. Was told by two other places that they would have to order me frames and that it would be about 2-3 weeks. I was in and out of walmart within 20 minutes again with new frames for $9!! I didn’t need anything special as i have an appt with the VA in 2 weeks but cannot go without seeing for that long. Great customer service!!!“
