My boyfriend made his appointment last month for today at 12:40. He has a deadline for a vision test submission for work. We live 40 mins away from this location. At 12:20 as were sitting in the parking lot waiting for the appointment he received a call from the receptionist Chaudry that the appointment needed to be rescheduled. So rightfully so my boyfriend was not happy about that and decided to go in and ask why. He was told by the workers that the doctor had called out and or needed to leave and they didn't have a doctor available. I recommended this place to my husband because I had such a great experience here. Granted, it was a long wait, but that can happen in any medical establishment. One of the employees there, Bethany, is incredibly knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to provide top-notch service. Once I realized my progressive lenses may not be working for me, I went back in and spoke with Chad, who was also fantastic and said I should come back in a week. I had a great experience with my appointment here. Good selection of frames. Price point was very competitive. Thr best part, by far, is the staff. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and reassuring. I'm happy to have found this location.
