Today I had a telehealth eye exam and left very happy! It became busy while I was in my exam but all staff were happy and accommodating to those waiting. Ben was awesome!! He helped me decide which glasses were most welcoming to my face and he took his time with me, didn't feel rushed at all. The only negative comment I have is for Iris the AI examiner, it was horrendous. It spoke to often and too quickly giving instructions and asking which slide looks better. The technician had to get the Dr on the call to do the exam again because she could see the results weren't correct.

Have been going to this location for several years and will continue to do so. Dr Espinola is very good at making you feel at ease and explaining everything going on with your vision. Karen and the rest of the staff treat you nice and appreciate you for coming in. Would recommend to everyone.
I have been to a few Visionworks location and this location seemed responsive, attentive, and committed. I saw the doctor on schedule and was given time to find glasses and didn't wait to long before I was taking care of. The facility was clean and the location was easy to find.
