“This was my first experience with a broken water heater. I called Roto-Rooter yesterday and I explained that it was leaking and they sent over a technician right away. His name is Ernesto and he explained that I needed a full replacement and suggested the Bradford White model because it has better insulation and it also comes with a 6-year manufacturer's warranty. Ernesto's brother Miguel came first thing this morning and drained the old tank while Ernesto was picking up the new water heater. These two men were extremely professional and courteous and were very happy to answer all of my questions. Ernesto and Miguel we're such a blessing for me. I was extremely stressed out and anxious yesterday and now I am so relieved that they were able to help me and make sure the new water heater was hooked up properly and has all of the safety features that I need. “We have been using Blend Air Mechanical for many years, and recently had another great service experience with them! Mike (who always does an amazing job) came with his partner Collin, and the two of them did a GREAT job installing our new water heater from Blend Air, and then returned the following week to install our new KIND water purification and softener system for the entire house.There was a lot of plumbing involved, and Mike took the time to explain everything to me, how the system worked, how to maintain it, and change the filters etc. This normally would have been a 3-4 hour install, but Mike & Collin worked so well on the project that they did it in less than 2 hours! They always arrive on time, leave the area nice and clean, as well as explain everything that was done & how it works. We replaced our HVAC system through BLEND AIR last year as well, and they even took the time to register the unit, and send us all the extended warranty info so we have it for our records.
