“I go to one club, Commack NY, and I like it very much.<br>All equipment looks new and working, there are at least 2 of each weight machines or stations, so you do not have to wait in line. If you just need to do your weight training routine, you will be pleased. Stuff is polite. And of course the price is incredible! Highly recommend.”

I am a high school athlete and I went in for a running analysis after an injury and Chris helped to identify weaknesses in my running and provided a strength training program and running plan to help get and keep me injury-free. The one-on-one sessions are great and makes the training personalized, and Chris listens to your goals, questions, concerns, etc. to make your training successful. They are very knowledgeable and the facilities/equipment are great. I would highly recommend Rehab and Performance Academy.”
