“Only reason im giving this place a 5 and not a 3 is because the staff is awesome.Doesnt have any soft handles and only 1 rope. I dont think its the managers faults but this is pathetic lol. I think people steal the stuff.Either way, expect a busy gym at almost any hour of the day. Expect not to be able to use cable ropes or handles cuz they are usually occupied. Some of the Cable machines are broken so doing chest flies is near impossible.That being said, the maintenance people are friendly and keep the gym pretty clean. The weights are 3/4 racked lol. The one manager is a super cool dude and you can catch him working out at the end of the day. Probably one of the better LA fitness locations on the island next to Patchogue.“
