I have been coming to this location since they opened in 2020. It's where I overcame my gym anxiety. I give credit to the warm and friendly staff who always greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcomed. They are attentive to members' needs and keep the gym clean. This was my home gym until I moved 30 mins away. Despite that, and with the return of some of the original staff, I make it a point to come back at least once a week, if not more, when my schedule permits. The staff make the gym. Great facility the crew is very friendly and it is always clean. The one thing I didn’t like is I saw the manager smoking out of her bong in the back parking lot. I think it’s a bad look for the gym other than that place is great.
Yesterday was the first time I visited a Planet Fitness since 2019. The staff assisted me with checking in and how use the equipment (It's been a while). Since I'm a senior citizen I was directed to a low impact work out. I highly recommend the North Babylon center. The manager and staff members are great!
