Pump Fitness and the lovely owner Janine are above and beyond my expectations. Very professional, reliable, knowledgeable and her gym is immaculate!I booked a complimentary consult and of course the fear of not knowing what to expect made me nervous. I was greeted by Janine the moment I opened the door, she welcomed me with open arms and that fear immediately disappeared within seconds of meeting her for the first time.5 weeks later I am nothing less then thrilled about my results.Down 2 pant sizes and 10 lbs :)At 65 years old I have had many personal trainers in the past and never got the results I wanted and I always lost my motivation.Janine and her gym are amazing!
Pump fitness is a great gym! Janene is overall supportive, personable, and a great motivator. She will help you get to where you want to be. She personalizes every workout routine and what best works for each individual to help them reach their goal, and of course leaves you sweating and feeling good!
I have been going to pump now for a few months and love it! Janene is amazing and a pleasure to work with. I have 3 kids and she also works with them also! We all loving going and getting a great work out!
