They are patient, caring, and always willing to take the time to walk you through anything you’re struggling with. Both are extremely approachable and never make you feel uncomfortable for asking questions.
The atmosphere here is unmatched — the vibes are great, the music keeps the energy up, and the community is full of professors, coaches, and training partners who quickly become lifelong friends. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have years of experience, I can’t recommend this school enough.”

The coaches must have eyes in the back of their heads because even in a class of 36 people they still seem to give each of us their personalized attention, they know every member, and really do coach us to do our best! This community is inclusive for all fitness levels and cares about our progress. Jeremy, Liza, Eleni, Tito, Liz, Jason, and all the coaches are the best! The music, the constant changing workouts, and all the fun challenges in between ensure that you will never get bored.
