A 3 star because I have a 10:00 am appointment today and it’s now 10:23 and there is no one in the office. No receptionist no doctor. How long can I wait for someone to come to work? This is the second time this has happened. Maybe it should have been a 1 star. I do like everyone in this office though. 😡

I have been a patient of Dr Persuad for several years and I truly feel she is the best doctor I have. She has patience with me and took me in as an emergency today but took her time and explained everything. I couldn’t be happier with the decision to make her my primary doctor.
