I was referred to Dr. Persaud by a cousin, and I am incredibly grateful for the recommendation. The office building features a spacious parking lot, ensuring that finding parking is never an issue. Every time I enter, the receptionist is always welcoming and kind. The office itself has a warm and inviting atmosphere, with a cozy, home-like decor that makes it feel distinct from a typical medical practice. I have been a patient of Dr Persuad for several years and I truly feel she is the best doctor I have. She has patience with me and took me in as an emergency today but took her time and explained everything. I couldn’t be happier with the decision to make her my primary doctor.
I've been going here for over 10 years. Dr Persaud, Laura Deviti PA, and their team are great. Very thorough physical exams and they always do extra tests that aren't part of normal physical but are needed IMO. They will always warn you if it's not typically covered, eg covid antibody test (but a necessary test, as I said). I never feel rushed, Laura always spends time to address your questions and treats you like a human, unlike some doctors I've used in past. I am surprised to see the negative reviews so I felt I had to leave a positive one after going there 10+ years. I don't live close anymore and I still go.
