“The staff are very friendly and Dr Geiss is the best at what he does, but it is a nightmare if you have a patient in a wheelchair. There is no accessible door, you have to hold the door open while trying to push the wheelchair through and push the wheelchair up a steep ramp. No elevator“

“On my way to work on a Sunday, the sidearm of my glasses broke off. My attempts at repair were not sufficient and I was in trouble. Not being sure if the vision center of the closest Walmart was even open I called. They were open and I explained by situation. The woman who took my call checked with the store where I had actually purchased the glasses, confirmed stock status and pricing. When I arrived 10 minutes later she had everything ready for the switch and I was back at work, able to see clearly in about 25 minutes. Great service all around.“

As an optician with extensive lab experience, I am very particular about how I want my patients' lenses to be made. Since their inception in 2008, I have given my business to US Optical as I know that I will get the best products and services available in the optical industry. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service crew - Patti, Nicole, Sara, Ellie, Kathy, Helen, Ann, Laza, and Aaron --- they are always so helpful and pleasant to deal with. Behind the scenes, all the people in order entry, the lab and shipping department do an amazing job at getting orders in and processed quickly and accurately. Rarely do I wait more than 2 days for any work to arrive - much of it coming overnight! US Optical is the most efficient and accurate lab I've worked with --- they add so much value and are such an asset to my business!“
