“When I have gone to pick up glasses in the past, usually we are asked to sit at a table and try them on to make sure they fit our face correctly and such. However, the recent time I went to pick them up, the person working at front desk assisted me in grabbing my glasses and told me I was all set and good to go. I thought I was remembering things wrong so I didn’t correct him or felt comfortable sitting down to try them on myself because it felt like he didn’t wanna help me lol (bc why do I gotta tell you how to do your job) I ended up coming back later because the glasses didn’t fit and needed them resized but I feel like I shouldn’t have had to do that in the first place. Yes, I should have advocated for myself better, but I also should be able to expect consistent care every time!“

“The staff are very friendly and Dr Geiss is the best at what he does, but it is a nightmare if you have a patient in a wheelchair. There is no accessible door, you have to hold the door open while trying to push the wheelchair through and push the wheelchair up a steep ramp. No elevator“
