We had nothing short than a wonderful experience this past Friday at the Liverpool Location! My Daughter has severe Anxiety and was a bit overwhelmed with our appointment. Between Misty and the absolutely wonderful woman who taught my daughter how to use her contacts(I hate that I can’t remember her name) it was the most flawless appointment! I have been coming to Americas Best for over 20 years for myself…. And I have never had the experience that we received at this location (our first time here)! My most recent visit was fantastic. Ash checked me in and did my testing. They were fantastic! They made me comfortable and had me laughing the whole time.The great experience continued with Dr. Suffolk. He was very informative and just as great as Ash.I don't normally leave reviews, but this visit stood out to me above all else because Ash actually helped me look at glasses too. A lot of places just toss you at the boards and say 'good luck' but I found choices I never even thought I'd like.Thank you so much. I'll he doing business at the liverpool location from now on!!
