“The best optometrist I have ever been to. Extremely helpful, honest, and went above and beyond to make sure I received the best care. As a person who works in healthcare I could not recommend them enough. The sense of humor is a bonus!”

US Optical Llc

6848 Ellicott Drive, East Syracuse

“As an optician of 35+ years, having worked for the big box stores as well as a large ophthalmology practice, I had to work with the labs that THEY chose.I have my own optical shop (16+ years) and choose my own laboratories. As an optician with extensive lab experience, I am very particular about how I want my patients' lenses to be made. Since their inception in 2008, I have given my business to US Optical as I know that I will get the best products and services available in the optical industry. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service crew - Patti, Nicole, Sara, Ellie, Kathy, Helen, Ann, Laza, and Aaron --- they are always so helpful and pleasant to deal with. Behind the scenes, all the people in order entry, the lab and shipping department do an amazing job at getting orders in and processed quickly and accurately. Rarely do I wait more than 2 days for any work to arrive - much of it coming overnight! US Optical is the most efficient and accurate lab I've worked with --- they add so much value and are such an asset to my business!”
