I am very happy with my new glasses! The ladies there are great to work with, very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely highly recommend Ocutique“

5349 W Taft Rd, Syracuse“Saw Dr. Morra recently regards to a lingering condition that has been the source of daily frustration and anxiety for the past nine months. The previous two optometrists and ophthalmologists were adamant that the condition was cured/resolved but I still felt the light sensitivity and minor eye pressure daily. I went to Dr. Morra in the hopes he would be more willing to listen and validate that symptoms can still be occur post condition resolution. He took my perspective into consideration and walked me through his entire logic of what he believes is going on, how we can address it, and what I can expect in terms of resolution.Plenty of good doctors out there but I recommend Dr. Morra and his team if you are looking for a patient-centric experience!“

8064 Brewerton Rd, Cicero“On my way to work on a Sunday, the sidearm of my glasses broke off. My attempts at repair were not sufficient and I was in trouble. Not being sure if the vision center of the closest Walmart was even open I called. They were open and I explained by situation. The woman who took my call checked with the store where I had actually purchased the glasses, confirmed stock status and pricing. When I arrived 10 minutes later she had everything ready for the switch and I was back at work, able to see clearly in about 25 minutes. Great service all around.“

“i’ve been going to visionworks for over 10 years now at different locations across cny i usually have a good experience but this year i was a little disappointed in associate communication and insurance coverages. i was getting my eyes tested like usual before the exam and they asked if i wanted to get the eye imaging done. they did tell me they they would submit a request to my insurance company to see if they cover it or not otherwise it would be a $35 charge out of pocket. i told the associate i was okay with this. after the eye exam i picked out my glasses and checked out. the associate who checked me out informed me of the $35 charge and i explained to them what the associate said but said they would never say that being no insurance covers it. other than that i had a great experience overall, just be aware i guess because not all associates are on the same page.“

We both were able to find new frames and purchase very affordable glasses using our health insurance benefits. The only thing that was disappointing was the limited selection if eyewear styles. Many of the frames looked very practical and in muted, neutral tones.“
“Great experience from reception/billing, to Dr. Girardi, all the way through to choosing glasses with Dale (exceedingly patient over the course of two visits / as I tried on every single frame). Everyone was warm, knowledgeable, and helpful.“
