“When I have gone to pick up glasses in the past, usually we are asked to sit at a table and try them on to make sure they fit our face correctly and such. However, the recent time I went to pick them up, the person working at front desk assisted me in grabbing my glasses and told me I was all set and good to go. I thought I was remembering things wrong so I didn’t correct him or felt comfortable sitting down to try them on myself because it felt like he didn’t wanna help me lol (bc why do I gotta tell you how to do your job) I ended up coming back later because the glasses didn’t fit and needed them resized but I feel like I shouldn’t have had to do that in the first place. Yes, I should have advocated for myself better, but I also should be able to expect consistent care every time!“

“The staff are very friendly and Dr Geiss is the best at what he does, but it is a nightmare if you have a patient in a wheelchair. There is no accessible door, you have to hold the door open while trying to push the wheelchair through and push the wheelchair up a steep ramp. No elevator“

“On my way to work on a Sunday, the sidearm of my glasses broke off. My attempts at repair were not sufficient and I was in trouble. Not being sure if the vision center of the closest Walmart was even open I called. They were open and I explained by situation. The woman who took my call checked with the store where I had actually purchased the glasses, confirmed stock status and pricing. When I arrived 10 minutes later she had everything ready for the switch and I was back at work, able to see clearly in about 25 minutes. Great service all around.“

I cannot say enough good things about the customer service crew - Patti, Nicole, Sara, Ellie, Kathy, Helen, Ann, Laza, and Aaron --- they are always so helpful and pleasant to deal with. Behind the scenes, all the people in order entry, the lab and shipping department do an amazing job at getting orders in and processed quickly and accurately. Rarely do I wait more than 2 days for any work to arrive - much of it coming overnight! US Optical is the most efficient and accurate lab I've worked with --- they add so much value and are such an asset to my business!“
