Behind the scenes, all the people in order entry, the lab and shipping department do an amazing job at getting orders in and processed quickly and accurately. Rarely do I wait more than 2 days for any work to arrive - much of it coming overnight! US Optical is the most efficient and accurate lab I've worked with --- they add so much value and are such an asset to my business!“

I had a great experience at Walmart Vision and Glasses thanks to Michael, the optometrist. He took the time to clean my glasses and added padding to a pair I still enjoy wearing. Even though it was a small request, Michael was professional, quick, and had excellent bedside manner.
It’s really great to see someone give their all, even for a small purchase. Outstanding service—highly recommend.“

“On my way to work on a Sunday, the sidearm of my glasses broke off. My attempts at repair were not sufficient and I was in trouble. Not being sure if the vision center of the closest Walmart was even open I called. They were open and I explained by situation. The woman who took my call checked with the store where I had actually purchased the glasses, confirmed stock status and pricing. When I arrived 10 minutes later she had everything ready for the switch and I was back at work, able to see clearly in about 25 minutes. Great service all around.“

“The staff are very friendly and Dr Geiss is the best at what he does, but it is a nightmare if you have a patient in a wheelchair. There is no accessible door, you have to hold the door open while trying to push the wheelchair through and push the wheelchair up a steep ramp. No elevator“
