i’ve been going to visionworks for over 10 years now at different locations across cny i usually have a good experience but this year i was a little disappointed in associate communication and insurance coverages. i was getting my eyes tested like usual before the exam and they asked if i wanted to get the eye imaging done. they did tell me they they would submit a request to my insurance company to see if they cover it or not otherwise it would be a $35 charge out of pocket. i told the associate i was okay with this. after the eye exam i picked out my glasses and checked out. the associate who checked me out informed me of the $35 charge and i explained to them what...read full review

Vision works at shop city plaza is the top service center for me. All the staff are experienced and knowledgeable about diverse populations. I wish they would grow up more than they do.

I've been a patron of Vision Works for years, primarily because of the incredible care provided by Dr. Gordon. His expertise and vibrant personality make every visit enjoyable. Moreover, most of the team is great. For example, Shakeema consistently goes above and beyond, exemplifying exceptional customer service.Recently, when I urgently needed assistance due to worsening vision, the clinic was fully booked until January 19th.
