But our technician was wonderful ! Literally 5stars ! She sang k-pop DH songs to her and was so kind and patient with her and my daughter ended up really enjoying the experience. The pedicure itself was really great and everything you’d expect and more! She did not have to care but she did anyways ! Great place !
Pascale is professional and a perfectionist. I am so pleased with my eyebrows. To wake up with perfect eyebrows is a wonderful feeling. Her studio is immaculate and she keeps everything sterile.
They have really good Counselors. My Counselor there is an example of the best of the best when it comes to providing great Counseling services.

Called as a new client to schedule my 11 yr old for a cut and style. Dawn contacted me and got her in right away. My daughter has high functioning autism which her main obsession this age (and stage) is her HAIR so I get nervous whenever I have to find a new place. Dawn took care of her and let me tell you, my daughter was lit up! She was so happy and mommy so relieved lol. Dawn is talented! I’ve never seen such a gorgeous cut for my picky hair obsessed child. I cannot say enough about the awesomeness of Jessie's Salon. My stylist for years is Linda. She is fantastic. I often do different types of cuts and colors (mostly reds to purples), and it is always on point. My hair looks fresh, cut, and styled well. She is open and flexible with whatever I want to try, and makes great suggestions too. I always do eyebrow waxing there as well. I am so welcomed and relaxed when at Jessie's that I almost fall asleep! Jessie is also sweet and funny. It is a clean and inviting place, and they play good music. The prices are also incredibly fair. For a cut, color, wash, dry, style, and eyebrow wax, with my length of hair (on the short side) it is about $100, plus tip (please tip generously)! That is beyond reasonable!

I have been going here since I moved back to Buffalo 3 years ago and haven’t had a bad experience yet. I usually go to Julie but have been cut by multiple of the girls there and have always been satisfied. They take their time, it’s a clean environment and reasonably priced.
Traveling from California so I needed to get a shampoo, low dry & flat iron. Easy to make an appointment and Olivia did a great job! I was very satisfied so next time I’m in town I know where I can get my hair done! Thank you Olivia!

I have been going to this place for 10+ years, even when I moved out of the area I would come back to have them do my nails. They are efficient friendly and very family-oriented and go out of their way for you.
I was a walk-in for a manicure pedicure and face wax. Everyone did a wonderful job. service was prompt and polite. Facility are clean and great massage chairs. I can’t say enough about the massage chairs whoever chose those did a great job. I nail tech Del and Mel did great job. Lily was so gentle on the waxing and thorough with the tweezers

I had a horrible nail set needed my Nails done as soon as possible for an event. Got in pretty quick they worked with me, And cleaned up a previous set not by them. And now I’m satisfied.

Nicole did my wedding and wedding party's make up and spray tans. She is an absolute professional and really listened to each person about what they wanted so each person could achieve a look they felt great in. We also went through the Beauty Atelier for our wedding party hair and Alyssa was wonderful, she also listened to what each girl wanted and made any tweaks as requested. Nicole was easy to work with and flexible / accommodating when we had tweaks as to our plans. I would very much recommend!
My first time at the salon I was referred there as I have been looking for a new colorist. I had a wonderful experience. Laurie the owner sat me down and listened to everything I was looking for. She called over another stylist to get another opinion on the proper color to lowlight into my hair around my facial frame. I went ahead with the recommendation made and I'm very happy with the results. I've already made another return appointment. The salon was very bright and open...a great location. I was here last weekend to get my hair done for my sisters wedding and let me say… Glory is absolutely AMAZING! My hair looked absolutely stunning, I received compliments galore on my hair, and it stayed from 8AM until the time I got home! His great effort knowledge ,perseverance along with true diligence I knew he was not leaving until I had central air , at a time when temperatures and humidity were at the highest, I will not hesitate to call him for any of our future needs ? in

I realized at 6:30 on a Saturday night that my sewer had backed up into my newly remodeled basement. I called other companies some of them did not even respond at all. Roto-Rooter came out and sent a fabulous young man named Jean who was very informative and polite. He admittedly had been working all day but still had joy in his heart and wanted to help people. We need more hard-working people like that in this world. Call Roto-Rooter for any of your immediate needs.
We had Zacher Electric come out to our home on two separate occasions. The first job required installing two closet lamps, replacing two light fixtures, and re-wiring a two-switch ceiling light. The second job was more pressing, with an inspection of our service line, meter, and electrical panel after a storm caused a tree to take out our neutral.
Both times, Zacher Electric was quick to respond, efficient with their time in the house, and prompt and professional. We appreciate that we can call their 24/7 service line when needed. We highly recommend Zacher Electric for all your home electrical needs!
Sisti, was incredibly accommodating to trying to fit me in to get a dryer outlet installed and really left a great impression with me. Needed my furnace fixed and since I had a previous good experience with Sentry South I called them again. Was able to get same day service. They let me know it'd be in the afternoon and the tech called to let me know his earlier service call took longer than expected but that he'd still get to me today. Once here he quickly found the issue and showed me everything he was doing.

We recently had Mario and Son do the tile work in our master bathroom. We are so pleased with how it turned out and from start to finish they were great to work with. All the girls in the store were helpful and receptive when I would call with questions or concerns. Mike was our tile installer and he did a phenomenal job. Mike took his time, he was a perfectionist and it shows. He even helped me line up the large 24x48 tiles with the veining to make it look like a continuous flow which is exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend using Mario and son for your next project.

Experience began at estimate. Appreciate the intent to do the work right, dig on exterior, use large drainage PVC and provide legitimate customer testimonials (old school sale). Locktight crew was very polite and easy to be around. I had a large amount of supplies in my basement and they were helpful in moving items to center so to access basement perimeter tile. There was some phone tag in order to set a date for work to begin. I’d recommend some form of SMS or digital (email) communication to coordinate this (list of things to do to prep). Didn’t appreciate the hassle and lack-of patience from Locktight to receive payment (check due at estimate decision, work start and work finish). All things considered they finished ahead of schedule.
