He took his time to complete the outdoor treatment, replenished all of the bait stations, and carefully followed up on the previous attic activity to make sure everything was still under control. Every visit, they document detailed notes about what was done, what was found, and what should be checked next. I am happy to say that months later, their work paid off as now the tree is thriving in a way I haven't seen before.
