They get to know the dogs and their personalities and they treat them like royalty. This is the only place I have trusted to board Leah. I love how they send texts and phones to keep me posted while i am at work or on vacation. Thank you Richie for having a great team.“

428 Columbus Ave, New York“I was bracing for exorbitant costs for a routine mature lady cat checkup. Dr Ball was really nice, patient, and reasonable. She is also a very good educator and I think all pet parents would benefit from all her helpful advice and care. The staff, as usual, were kind and friendly. I was quite pleased with the appointment. The experience made me want to come back and have Dr Ball keep taking care of Mochi to provide the best quality of life for the cat. Thank you!“

238 Water St, Brooklyn“Love them! The facility is amazing, and the staff has been great (they truly seem to care about the pets unlike other places). And as a practical matter, the hours are soooo much better for the average persons NYC work schedule than really any other place in Brooklyn. If they only closed later on Sundays, all of my pet care problems would be solved :)“

6209 Fresh Pond Rd, Queens“I've been going to Veterinary Care Group - Middle Village (Antillys prior to that) for 25+ years. The amazing ladies at the desk, vet techs, and doctors are all professional, caring, and go above and beyond to assist in every way. My cat is a little feisty, but Dr. Ivanoff knows how to handle him; secretly, I think Hanky likes him! Hanky has health issues, and Dr. Ivanoff has been there for us every step of the way to provide guidance and support - he truly loves his patients! Thank you to everyone at Vet Care Group!“

928 Flushing Ave, Brooklyn“They are outstanding. I’ve been brining my baby since she was a pup and is now 4 years old. From the way they treat her with so much love and care to the excellent customer service I receive, I cannot recommend PAWSIES more. They have been dependable and professional from Day 1. Thank you to the team!“

55 Leroy St, New York“In July we went for our vacation to Canada and America, while visiting NYC with our dog we were looking for daycare. City Tails NYC responded quick on our request by email.
Our labradoodle Mick was very welcome so we had our hands free to explore the city that never sleeps. Mick had two great days and the staff took very good care of him, we are thankful.
We absolutely recommend City Tails NYC ????????“

From a dog who panics as soon as we leave the door to a dog who can comfortably handle a duration of over an hour. I was absolutely blown away by the competency and experience of our trainer and now that th course has ended feel equipped and ready to continue our separation anxiety journey. Thank you CCA!“

645 W 57th St, New York“I've been taking my little Walnut here since we moved to the city around 6 months ago (started around when he was a little over 1yo) and could not be happier with how the daycare, pickup/dropoff, and walking services have been. My work schedule is variable and PupCulture has been a lifesaver to take care of Walnut when I'm not at home.
We have been doing daycare with occasional pickup (which has been seamless as I live right above the Pupculture) and walks since the summer and the whole team is always great to interact with and so caring to him. They're super understanding for the occasional last-minute request and are very consistent. They send the cutest pictures for walks/pickups/daycare. I'm very glad to have them.“

I was truly saddened that we needed to bid farewell to our walker -- we only did so as we moved out of the zone. Thank you for taking such good care of Coco!“

125 Roebling St, Brooklyn“Elizabeth and her staff are amazing and your puppy will love going here! We purchased the puppy play and train package for our pup, Champ, and he learned so much/made so many friends. He started classes at around 20 weeks, and took them up until 6 months (he loved it so much we had to purchase additional classes after his play and train package finished). Highly recommend going here for help with general puppy training, tips on walking, help with food guarding and puppy socialization!“

76 W 85th St Unit A, New York“My husband and I have a five year old Whoodle (wheaten terrier and poodle mix). She has issues with resource guarding with myself and my husband when we are around other dogs. We’ve seen various trainers over the years with mix success and assurance over their credentials.
After long deliberation and research, we decided to get another Whoodle puppy. My husband has allergies to dogs and this is one of the few breeds he has found that do not cause inflammation. I was very anxious about the situation in case our current dog would be aggressive or unsettled with the addition. Before we got the puppy, we consulted with our vet, Heart of Chelsea (who is generally amazing). Heart of Chelsea recommend we contact one of their preferred trainers, which included Amanda Gagnon dog training.
From the point of booking the initial session, they were lovely to work with. Their services might be slightly more expensive that the neighborhood dog trainer, but they are worth every penny as these people are the real deal. Melissa came to our apartment to meet our current dog and help us with some tips on how to integrate a puppy as well as how to approach our dog’s aggressive behavior toward other dogs. Melissa so professional, smart, but also real. It didn’t feel like she was in any way judgmental or condescending. She offered great advice in person and also via email for follow-up questions. We had her come back again after we get the puppy to check-in on approach and progress. Their services SIGNIFICANTLY reduced my angst about the new puppy situation and made me feel like I had realistic, logical, and positive methods to tackle the situation.
I cannot recommend this Company more for care with your beloved dogs. Melissa and Amanda Gagnon are now go-to resources for us in making sure our furry family members are happy and healthy.“

252 E 94th St, New York“We love the team at Biscuits and Bath Yorkville! Clementine has been going here for more than 2 years and she is always excited to go. The entire team is wonderful, warm and professional. She especially enjoys all the care, cuddles, and love Gigi and Ashley give to her. They are very communicative and helpful. However, pricing has not been transparent with multiple increases within the year.“

249-36 Horace Harding Expy, Little Neck“Honestly, this place is lovely. I have been to many vets over the years and I have never felt as safe as I do here. They do not shame- my cat is overweight and they remained focused on a plan, not on making me feel like a bad pet parent. Whats even crazier is that my cats do not fear the carrier. While they will cry in the car once they are in the vet office they are calm. They come home relaxed. I think about all the trauma my other cats had at previous vets and it honestly breaks my heart knowing this was an option the whole time. VCG are profoundly lovely and caring people.“

181 E 111th St, New York“We can’t thank Megan enough for helping us. Our dog struggles with being reactive around other people and walks tend to be stressful for him. After working with Megan, we saw a positive change. Her patient approach and understanding of dog behavior made a great difference. Megan taught us how to communicate better with our dog and understand what he needs. We highly recommend Instinct to anyone struggling with behavioral challenges.“

107 W 86th St #14D, New York“Deanne has been incredibly generous with her time and patience as I navigated life with not just one, but two puppies. Before meeting her, I was honestly feeling overwhelmed and frustrated. Through our conversations, I learned so much and was able to refine both my approach and understanding of puppy care.
Whether it was arranging puppy playdates, being a supportive sounding board, or even running home from the park in the pouring rain—puppies in tow—Deanne was always reliable, flexible, and accommodating. Her written summaries were especially helpful for keeping me focused and reminding me of our current goals.
We all have our own ways of communicating and doing things, and I truly appreciated that Deanne created space for a therapeutic relationship to develop at a pace that felt comfortable for both me and my puppies. Her support has made a real difference for us.“
