Pupculture West57 is amazing - every single staff member is very friendly and our dog Nugget absolutely loves going. They communicate daily with “pupdates” which are so cute and we are extremely happy with their service! 100% recommend.

I have been using Pup Culture for years and they take care of Pedro as if he’s theirs. They are very caring, responsive and attentive- walking Pedro multiple times throughout the day. Additionally for lodging they even provide email update with pictures that really give you a good level of comfort when traveling. Excellent staff and atmosphere - thank you all very much!

I’ve been bringing my puppy to pupculture west 57th since it’s opened and he absolutely loves it! They treat him great and he loves making new friends. They are also great at keeping me posted on how he’s doing for overnight stays
