I was in search of a new vet doctor for my fur babies, I called VCG, and from the phone call alone, I was attached!! The rep (Jessica), who answered my call, was extremely polite, to say the least. She took the time to ask questions about my cat, to best fit him into the schedule. She offered same day appointment after making sure the other client was no longer coming for their appointment. Once I got there, the place was clean and bright, I felt very welcomed ? I don't remember the nurse's name, but she too was kind and caring. I have been coming here since my dog was about a year old. So glad I found VCG and Dr. Ma. She is thorough, super patient with all of my questions and goes above and beyond to make sure my anxious dog is comfortable. The staff is excellent as well. They have gone out of their way to accommodate us and everyone we have encountered is very sweet and friendly.

This is our first time using this veterinary service. And we were pleasantly surprised at the detail oriented attention that the Dr.Ma had on about our pet Maxwell. I felt like we were in very good hands. And I will definitely be going back to this vet. Marrying office for future visits and vaccines. are a highly recommend going. The staff is also very friendly. And out going and go out of their way to help
