Really great staff and Veterinarian. Not sure if it was just the day I went but it was all ladies on staff and it was just a very nurturing environment which is so comforting when your pet is struggling with something and nervous about the visit. Great experience all around and we left with tails wagging!

First time here with both of my cats. They needed their yearly check up and rabies shots to be boarded. Super easy to get an accommodating appointment and the staff were so helpful from the first phone call to checking out. They have their own parking and for Queens that’s a feat on its own, they even came out to assist me as I had the two with me and I’m limited as to how much I can lift and carry right now. My 4 year old is stressed at any vet he’s been too and requires gabapentin before appointments, even drugged he gets aggressive. Dr. Liss and her staff were nothing short of amazing with him!!
