Everything looks great! From the very nice man at the store (who gave us a break on tear out) to the 3 installers, everything was perfect! I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Everything exactly as ordered....beautiful!

Carpet Gallery of WNY was fantastic from start to finish. Sales was easy. They were friendly, super helpful, and were patient as we made our choices. They kept in touch while we waited for our order and they worked hard to stay on top of the details. Installation was fantastic. They installed our luxury vinyl floors in 2 rooms in less than a day. Looks fantastic. Super happy all around.

Great experience all around. Please support local businesses like these guys. They deserve your business; stay away from the chains and big box stores. We've had our carpet for 3 years and it is still in excellent shape. Marty (Owner) & Mike provided us with superior quality and service at a very fair market price. They also have a nice selection of vinyl flooring.
