“I didn't realize my kitchen floor was wet until the following morning due to a dishwashing leak. They arrived, performed water extraction services to collect the water, and then installed fans and dehumidifiers—the latter of which had a significant impact. They kept me informed throughout the several days-long procedure, which I greatly valued.”

“Our main pipe got blocked with tree roots and sent waste flooding into our basement — on a Saturday, no less. United Water Restoration Group of Long Island still had a crew out the same day. PM Jason ran the job and was exactly what other reviews say about him: reliable, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Lead Justin handled the hazardous cleanup itself, working fast to get our family safe and our basement livable again. The best part was how well they communicated — we always knew what was happening and what came next. Professional, honest, and calm when we needed it most. Highly recommend Jason, Justin, and this company.”
