So happy we went with Global Mold for our project. Phil and Ricardo were great - professional, responsive, answered all 100 of my questions, and worked around my tight timeline. Came out for estimate and project review same day. Worked neatly and thoroughly. Good people. Reasonably priced as well. Would highly recommend. Very satisfied.

After a flood in my basement I was referred by a friend to try Global Mold Solutions. Phil responded right away and arrived the same day. He found mold and removed it before my guests arrived that same week! He’s fair, hardworking and also gave some suggestions to avoid future problems. I highly recommend this business.

We handle mold remediation, water restoration, duct cleaning and replacement, air handler restoration, UV light installation, crawl space vapor barriers and encapsulation, foundation crack repair, insulation installation, demolition, and painting. We do whole house/office biowash to sanitize from all strains of virus, fungi and bacteria and wipe all main surfaces with antimicrobial cloths. All products are considered “green”. No VOC’s and safe on all surfaces. We are owner operated, licensed and insured and hold to IICRC Standards.
