Dean returned my call very quickly and then worked with me to come the next day even though I had my own host of difficult scheduling constraints. His calm attitude, flexibility, and understanding nature were all appreciated during a stressful time. He did a thorough assessment of the entire HVAC system, took photos documenting what work needed to be done, and spent time explaining the rationale for each piece. Given the scale of the project, a very reasonable quote was provided in 48 hrs and the work was scheduled promptly. His team arrived at the house on time and were extremely professional and friendly throughout the entire process. They utilized mats, plastics, vacuums, and a HEPA \\\"containment zone\\\" to keep everything neat and clean.
