Customer service is top tier with these guys. I spoke to Frank and made an appointment for the next day in the afternoon. I got a call the next day by Frank that they had an earlier slot and if I was available. Which was perfect. Matt came by, not only was he very professional but also informative on the products he will be using on the carpet. Frank was very nice over the phone very professional, Matt is the best he was so nice and professional and did an amazing job on my carpet. And he was on time, I will use them again . And tell all my neighbors how great Matt was .
