“Front desk help was decent. I was seen by a nurse and then a doc fairly quickly. The doc was fast, a quick listen of my lungs. Bronchitis diagnosed. Antibiotics & prednisone prescribed, a chest X-ray was optional. However, the doc didn’t notice my conjunctivitis, which was pretty severe, until I stopped him and asked to take another look at my eyes. He then said, oh yeah, I’ll prescribe you eye drop antibiotics too. In and out pretty quickly which was ideal when you’re feeling as sick as I was. Overall maybe not a 5, but a solid 4 stars. Fyi, Cough persistent enough that I went back for an X-ray 2 days after this appointment, which turned out to be clear. This was also a quick in-and-out visit. Stay healthy!“

“Amazing experience. I went in, waited 5 minutes, saw the doctor within 5 minutes after that, and had meds in hand within 20 minutes. Efficient and was covered by my insurance so I only had to pay a small copay. Staff was nice and efficient. Doctor came in for 1 minute, listened to me, and prescribed the meds. I appreciate this efficiency that is so often lacking in u.s. healthcare. Thank you!“

“I landed in nyc on Xmas day with my 6yr old daughter to visit my family. My daughter was playing w/ the family dog and at some point the dog bit or scratched her really bad in her ear. I was so happy to see the urgent care was open and they were quick to assist her and help distract/ calm her (she had such fear she would need stitches).
