I love this place I've been here multiple times coming here and never had a bad experience. I was there for maybe 15 min and staff is super nice. I was happy to see Widza still working there she's so warm and in the right field for sure. I would select this location over and over again. Thank you.
The 2 times I have been there in the evening there was Noone there so they called us in quickly. They are very nice and I feel confident with the care they give. I will be going there for my families urgent health care needs. I suggest you do too. Thanks Promtp MD staff
This was my second visit to PromptMD, with my first being over a year ago during my pregnancy. Both times, I was seen by Lauren, the PA, and I’ve had an excellent experience each time. Lauren is patient, clear, and calm, taking the time to listen carefully and thoroughly explain treatment options. She ensures you feel comfortable and well-informed every step of the way. I also learned that she has extensive experience working with babies and children, having previously worked in a pediatric clinic, which is reassuring if you have little ones in need of care. The clinic itself is also well-organized, with a welcoming and efficient staff.
