“Lifetime PT is outstanding, with extremely knowledgeable and courteous employees especially Jessica D”Erario! I have had back problems for years and been to 4 different Physical Therapy companies. This is the best by far. Jessica takes the time to listen and goes the extra mile so you get the most benefit from your time there. In just a month and a half I am feeling stronger and more flexible than I have in years. Thank you so much Jessica and Lifetime PT!!!”

“We cannot praise Sensory Jim enough. The services provided here are much more dedicated and engaging compared to Early Intervention. The space is both spacious and well-lit, and what’s even better is that there are typically only one or two children present at a time, ensuring a more private and focused experience than many other facilities. We are also impressed by Dr Dana’s selection of innovative toys here which never failed to capture my son’s interest. My son is very sensitive due to his autism, but he always enjoyed seeing Dr. Cheryl and Dr. Dana. We highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking an alternative or supplement to the EI program.”

“Development steps has been an excellent resource for our little one. We started by attending a free tummy time class where the staff could quickly tell our daughter had some tightness that was making tummy time unpleasant for her. We started seeing Emma at the PC location and week over week we made great progress. We worked on rolling, crawling, pulling up and now walking. Emma is great to work with and so patient and sweet with our daughter. We have had such a positive experience with Developmental Steps and highly recommend it.”

“Derek at SportsCentric Physical Therapy is *phenomenal.*. After trying 2 other local PT places and being disappointed by their approach/insights, a knowledgeable friend in the industry referred me to Derek to take care of rehabbing a stress fracture in my hip from distance running. Derek also addressed my hamstring tendinopathy, which was causing other pain in the same region. Derek is thorough, *PATIENT,* informative, and compassionate. He has a great bedside manner. He knows so much about anatomy and backs up all of his views and suggestions with explanations and knowledge. He is very responsive about progressing -- or modifying -- your program as things improve or as set backs occur. His expertise is apparent immediately. I also worked with Kristine in the office, who is also fantastic and knows a lot about running! SportsCentric has all the best equipment, including an Alter G treadmill (anti gravity) which is an essential piece of equipment if youre returning to walking/running or merely taking weight off an injury. Bonus:there is an onsite acupuncturist- Christine - who can do dry needling to compliment your therapy. Derek was also great about interfacing with insurance and with my orthopedic surgeon! All in all, 11 out of 10- could not recommend higher, and I am picky when it comes to these providers!”

“Rodney and Phil are excellent! They really helped me to recover from my hip injury. All of the staff are so friendly and positive. Karina and Charlene at the front desk are so welcoming and helpful, I looked forward to coming to my PT sessions every week after work and alway left feeling good. I felt that they really want to help you get better, and give modifications that best fit me even outside of PT when I’m at the gym. Rodney helped me tremendously to give me different stretches and ways that I can navigate exercising safely outside of PT. Rodney is very knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. This was such a great first experience in physical therapy. Will only come here. I am so greatful that we have such a great physical therapists here in Astoria.Thank you !”

“I have been going to Terry for almost 3 years now. I am a college soccer player, and I came in with my first torn ACL about 3 months post op frustrated with the speed that my recovery was going. Once I began seeing Terry, I finally felt my knee getting stronger, and saw the light at the end of the tunnel. Terry gives a type of care that is different than any other physical therapists I have been to. His work is hands on when you are with him, and he gives videos and exercises to do on your own that truly work like magic. I was back from my first ACL in about 6 months, with no pain, and a strong knee that I would have never gotten without the tremendous work of Terry! I am so grateful for everything he has done, and continues to do for me!”

“This therapy location has good vibe. Upon entering the receptionist greeting is friendly and helpful. They were quite busy. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment, but there were only two therapists on staff this day. If you are in a hurry, you may need to get there early. The therapist apologizes to me that he is a bit behind due to his patient still waiting for him. There is One person for massage and the other one person spend time to ask questions about my pain and problems area. I thought of him of being careful and professional. I especially like that the place is quite clean and on target to treat each patient with care. One important note, this place does not have a doctor on site. They are physical therapists only.”
