“We’ve trusted Adams for almost 2 decades. Our furnace was very old (20+ years) and our AC was almost twice as old(36+ years). Terry came out to the house to discuss our furnace and AC issues. Talk about friendly and knowledgeable! I’ll be calling him for all of our HVAC needs. Terry outlined the possible solutions, we explained how we use our system and Terry explained the pros and cons of each solution. My wife and I decided on a system and Terry explained why we made a great choice, giving us confidence in our decision.The installation went so smoothly. The guys (Alvin, Zach, and Luis) were also extremely friendly and polite. My wife and I were nervous about the noise of the install as we both work from home. It wasn’t even an issue. The guys just went about their job as professionally as you can. They left the place cleaner than when they arrived, and we keep it pretty clean. In fact, the new AC didn’t go in the same place as the old and Luis transplanted the grass from the new AC spot to the old AC spot so we don’t have a bare spot in our lawn! The whole experience, from working with the office staff to the installation, was great and why we will continue to trust Adams with our heating and cooling needs.“

He also dropped off several space heaters for us to use while we waited a few days for the new unit and parts to come in. Tom and Brian and Josh installed the new boiler this week and we are very pleased. All three were professional, courteous, and helpful, answering any and all questions we had. We would definitely recommend Wilson Brothers to others.“

“Cost effective!I needed a 4" gray water drain cleared. --clogged with roots and lint.Having a plumber come is never cheap, but compared to renting the equipment, figuring out how to get the equipment down into basement and back out, while having the assurance that no avoidable damage(big drain snakes in amateur hands can break a lot of stuff) will happen? Very worth it.They (P. god and assistant) were also was friendly and considerate to my under-foot Shih-Tzu, and answered a bunch of various plumbing related questions I had.Terrible of me, but I managed to completely forget their names immediately after introduction. Next time I need to call, I'm going to have to write the names down, as it's worth it to know good tradesmen!Service: Drain cleaning“

“I've had no hot water for over 7 days but it actually felt like longer . Originally Kenny was the Tech he was horrible. It took him 2 hours to get here when he stated he'd be here within an hour . Then he did not do his job . The next morning my landlady called back and they sent Ron out he's a great guy very friendly and does his job well . He knew immediately what was wrong but they had to order the part and then when the part came in it was the wrong one ? Needles to say Ron was not happy he left here saying he'd be back with the part I need and he was. I now have hot water ?? Thank you to Ron for caring about his customers. He deserves a raise .
