“Jon came within days and explained the jobs thoroughly. He explained every part of the process and though the job was running late he stayed to make sure the job was done. He also went above and beyond with putting the washer and dryer back into place for a finished look. Again, even when the job was running late he made sure the job was finished. This was all on a friday afternoon into the evening. He came back on Monday to fix a small leak that was not really fixed by another contractor. He stayed to make sure the heating system fully worked before leaving. Definitely will hire again.“
