The optometrist who examined my eyes was very professional, friendly and disclosed everything in a detail that I was able to understand. He made me feel safe and comfortable and explain the process of what he was doing.

I have been a Pritchett patient for several years and have always had a great experience. But I needed to find a location closer to my home so I transferred to the north valley location. It was a great experience with a friendly, knowledgeable staff. Dr. Moerdick explained in detail the process of my eye exam and the findings , and zero in the perfect prescription for my new lenses. The location was clean with state of the art equipment, this is my new go to Pritchett location. I highly recommend the North Valley location.

Eye Exam, Medicaid approved Frames, Progressive and transitional Lenses, Glaucoma check= $508.00 thats with Medicaid. Pretty $$$$ Everyone was professional and very nice though. Just waiting for them to come back from the lab. ●UPDATE● If I could lower the stars after receiving my glasses I'd give them 2☆ after getting my glasses first the frames were the wrong color so they had to send them back to the lab. It took an additional 2 weeks before I got to pick them up. After having them for almost 7 months the right bow broke off them, when returning them for warranty to have them repaired or replaced I was told they didn't carry that brand of frames anymore that...read full review
