My first visit here and I already love it! I was greeted with friendly and professional ladies. The office was well set up and displayed. The eye exam was thorough and not rushed. The doctor answered all my questions and I felt comfortable during my exam. The ladies helped me pick out new glasses and were patient and provided great feedback on styles and frames. 10/10
Staff that did testing was very friendly & professional. Appointment was on time. Dr. Hendrickson was not rushed, answered all of my questions and took her time explaining everything to me in a way I could understand and not a lot of medical jargon. Most complete explanation of findings, recommendations & what I should expect as the years progress I have had in my 30 years of wearing glasses.
I got the most information I've even gotten about the health of my eyes - and I've worn glasses for decades. No one has ever explained why my vision is as it is in such a professional manner. I really appreciate it! Especially as my eyes age and the care needed is also changing. Thank you Dr. Jennifer Hendrickson.Office staff was also great to work with. From start to finish a great experience.
