Dr. Shane and her staff are amazing, professional and friendly. She is incredibly knowledgeable; offering insights and advice on all aspects of eye health. We've been watching my progression of a cataract over the last 3 years and it's been fascinating to see what her state of the art equipment can pick up and see. I've never felt rushed in her office, everyone there is patient and happy to take as much time as needed. Very different then the 10-20 minute appointments at the chains. Thank you Dr. Shane & Associates.

The level and quality of patient care by Dr. Shane and her staff is exceptional. My eye exams have always been thorough, comfortable and caring with the treatments and outcomes being clearly and completely explained and all questions answers. Dr. Shane and her team are the best in Northern Nevada - highly recommend!

I love this place!! Everyone is super friendly and very helpful. Had a hard time picking out frames and they jumped right in to help. Dr. Reed is amazing! They are very thorough and explain everything!
