The doctor was very polite and appeared competent. I fully appreciate he didn't blame all my issues on my disease, and brush me off. He also seemed to have experience with people with MS, and that makes a difference to me. Also, ALL the employees were very polite, and helpful. Not to mention kind. I will be resuming all my eyecare there. I'd talk about a clean neat office, having worked in healthcare this is usually important to me, but I honestly wasn't seeing at my best. The office location is very easy to find and parking was easy.
The staff and doctors are very kind and professional. They get you into your apt quickly and through all of the procedures. They are very kind and answered many questions. I would recommend them to anyone.
From the ladies at the front desk to the Dr, this was a great experience for my 7 year old. Everyone was SO nice & informative, and she felt very comfortable. So glad I found Dr. Pritchett. We won’t be going anywhere else!
