100x better than the Pritchett eye care down the street. Everyone here was so so nice and caring, it was extremely refreshing to have. 10/10 would recommend Unfortunately, I have to say this, the other Pritchett down the street has gotten so bad with customer service and care, after 5 years of going, I refuse to visit. This is due to the lack of professionalism, customer care, and optometrist that don't seem to care about you as a person... you're basically cattle to them.

I recently visited Reno and lost my prescription glasses. After making at least 15 calls, Pritchard Eye Care just had a cancellation. What a good call. The office staff, Bianca, Diana and Lilliana were very nice, professional and helpful. I didn't have to wait, Dr. Melissa Macco came in ,was also very nice and thorough. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff! Clean environment! Pleasant waiting area. Never a very long wait period! Through exams with easy explanations so everyone understands what’s going on/happening. Would definitely recommend Dr.Pritchett eye care to everyone! Kid friendly as well.
