“If I could give more stars I would! EXCELLENCE at its finest. Dr. Palazzolo was clear, concise, and educational. As someone who has zero knowledge in eyeballs, I was able to fully understand and interpret what was going on with my eyes. So much so, that I was able to explain it later on (without having to think twice or stumble over medical terminologies). He's a straight-shooter with an upbeat and friendly mannerism. I didn't feel like a chart number or that I was being up-sold. I'm glad I ignored all of the negative responses on here. It was a quick and thorough process; something I believe is only achieved through long-term experience & a desire of the industry. You can tell that eye-care is his passion!
