My experience here did not start great but was made great by Grace and Dr. M. After a rocky and confusing start, Grace took sometime to listen to me and went above and beyond to help me. Grace got Dr. M. involved and together they made sure I left with my head held high, and my eye sight better. Thanks go out to Angelo, Grace & Dr. M. for being great at what you do.
Friendly welcome from receptionists, who, like the doctors, are all incredibly patient with kids, friendly, informative & answer any & all questions.I love Eyezone, and they will definitely be our new & ongoing destination for eye exams, concerns, and glasses!
All I can say is amazing! I went in for my eye exam today and had to bring my two year old daughter with me. My daughter is going through the terrible twos to say the least, and the office staff and doctor were so patient with my daughter. They were very kind and understanding. The eye appointment its self was excellent. The doctor took the time to explain everything to me and answer any questions that I had . I will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of eye care services. Thank you all at eye zone midtown you are the best! A++
