My husband and I didn't believe there was any mositure so we decided to get a second opinion through Pinnacle Restoration. Miranda was dispatched to us same day within an hour of putting in my request. She was super friendly and knowledgable. She was able to use a thermal camera and a mositure meter to see that there was NO moisture in our ceiling. She tooks tons of pictures as evidence. Even though this company didn't do any repairs for us, I appreciate the customer service and how quickly they got someone out to take a look for a second opinion. If I ever needed this kind of work in the future, I definitely would use this company!“

The carpet is brand new and my dog decided to dig up the carpet at the corner of the door frame. I tired to patch it up myself watching a YouTube video as reference but it was an epic fail. “Recently we received the dreaded letter from LVV Water that we had a continuous leak in our home. We had three different companies come out and try to locate the leak and finally decided on giving the repair job to LVR. Brian, their lead plumber, spent time explaining what the process would be, was very clear on the costs and how long it would take. I had done a good deal of research on other similar whole house plumbing replacement jobs done in our area and having heard many negative stories about other's experience I was glad Brian was willing to answer any questions I had as well as get my opinion on how he was going solve the problems he ran up against. Brian did a great job, finished on time, and unlike some companies I have had work on our house, he finished the job with no hidden extra costs! After Brian had completed the plumbing, repairs to the drywall were needed and I used a contractor had have used many times previously. This contractor has done repairs on many plumbing jobs in the area with different plumbers and commented that he had never seen a whole house job done with as few repairs needed and as cleanly. This saved me $$$ on the repair also. I highly recommend LVR and especially Brian.“
