My husband and I didn't believe there was any mositure so we decided to get a second opinion through Pinnacle Restoration. Miranda was dispatched to us same day within an hour of putting in my request. She was super friendly and knowledgable. She was able to use a thermal camera and a mositure meter to see that there was NO moisture in our ceiling. She tooks tons of pictures as evidence. Even though this company didn't do any repairs for us, I appreciate the customer service and how quickly they got someone out to take a look for a second opinion. If I ever needed this kind of work in the future, I definitely would use this company!“

“We were referred to J&J by Quick Dry Restoration after a gasket broke in our master tub drain and flooded underneath the tiles. “We had major pool problems. Leaks in pipes under the steps; leaks in and around the handholds; leaks in the waterfalls; leaks everywhere. It was a major problem and a big job. LV Restoration took care of everything. Joe the owner was responsive to my concerns and a nice guy. Sean the superintendent/foreman was extremely knowledgeable in terms of diagnosing the problems and then fixing them. He is a nice guy too. I'm not going to say the price was cheap because it was a big job. But I will say the price was fair, and candidly, I did not want someone just based on price because I do not want to go through this again. The carpet is brand new and my dog decided to dig up the carpet at the corner of the door frame. I tired to patch it up myself watching a YouTube video as reference but it was an epic fail.
