“Last October Semper Fi replaced my entire HVAC unit. My existing unit only had a sere rating of 3 & used freon. My NV Energy bills this year have been 30% less even with electricity is costing more. My big complaint, the AC is too cold! My biggest compliment, their crew left not a speck of dust anywhere when it was done to an attic unit. They cleaned all my ducts, including my laundry duct. My clothes take so much less time to dry now. No multiple trips upstairs to reset the dryer. I just had them come out, complimentary, of course, to flush my water heater. It's 10 years old & had a lot of calcium buildup but afterwards it seems to be working fine for now. Technician explained what I might be looking at in the future but wasn't pushy. Emailed me a potential cost breakdown when the time comes. He also helped me with a couple honey do's while he was here. THANK YOU SEMPER FI!“
