No problems with the technician but five weeks later they were still waiting for a part and my elderly mother had no heat. Called Wilson's, they asked for model numbers, confirmed they had the parts and repaired her furnace the next day. Their customer service on the initial call and the service recieved were exceptional. I highly recommend Wilson's.“

“I had an issue with my well pump, on a Saturday, after a power outage. I have only had a well for a short time, and know very little about it. I was home alone, and called a plumber, with after hours service. I was told it would be a minimum $420.00 call out charge and that my pump was likely fried, and that I would only have access to purchasing sub-par pumps on the weekend. I was told that if I could wait it out until Monday I'd be better off. I decided to call one more plumber just to make sure they didn't have access to better pumps for replacement. Mike Webber answered the phone and offered to FaceTime me to see if he could tell if it was an easy fix or not. He was an absolute ANGEL, and walked me through resetting my pressure relief valve and getting my water flowing properly again. I cannot stress enough how grateful I am for his help. He will be my first call in the future, for all things plumping. Thank you Mike!!!“

“Friendly, fast and efficient. I called Carvery’s the morning after a prolonged power outage at our home resulting in our hot water heater failing. Reception was friendly and quickly dispatched TWO technicians who arrived within 3.5 hours. They called first to ensure someone was available. The techs went right to work to run diagnosis on the tank. They kept me well informed during this time. Using, what I believe, is curiousness and experimentation, they discovered a solution to what is an uncommon wiring configuration of my tank. Cost was $115 plus tax for 2 techs who had our hot water back slightly after lunch. I will not hesitate to call them again for my plumbing needs. Thank you Carvery’s.“

“The owner really came through for me! I went the long weekend without a furance and lived with just space heaters. After other companies dragged us along and quoted a minimum week wait for install I called Bremner’s with my emergency. The owner called me right back, walked me through the process and cost. The next morning his crew was there with a new furnace! In less then 24hrs they were able to install a top of the line unit at a very fair price. Jay and Liam, who were the furance techs, were super friendly and knowledgeable. I will be calling Bremner’s for any future issues and services.“
