We called Bremner as a new customer because our furnace had stopped. April said she would send out someone today. And Don was there by 1:00 p.m. This technician was thorough and knowledgeable and figured out that the boiler had stopped talking to the "nest". He also replaced the outdoor sensor. In addition, he pointed out a few other things that would help us save fuel. But most importantly, he took the time to explain everything with patience and kindness. Bremner has been added to our "who to call" list. Thanks Don and April.

The owner really came through for me! I went the long weekend without a furance and lived with just space heaters. After other companies dragged us along and quoted a minimum week wait for install I called Bremner’s with my emergency. The owner called me right back, walked me through the process and cost. The next morning his crew was there with a new furnace! In less then 24hrs they were able to install a top of the line unit at a very fair price. Jay and Liam, who were the furance techs, were super friendly and knowledgeable. I will be calling Bremner’s for any future issues and services.

I had Justin come out as I was having issues with both my furnace and hot water tank. He went way over and above to fix all issues and stuck around to ensure that everything was working properly. Service was outstanding!
