“We had a back up in our pipes.
Called Ron Martin Plumbing.
Cherie answered (lovely person) she arranged to have Shawn (red seal plumber) to come over.
Shawn dignosed the problem right away using their video scope. I thought it was the indoor pipes, it was roots in the sewer drain. They cleared them and everything was back to normal.
They are Professional, Curtious, and Caring. Great company.

“We had a great experience with Nova Heat Pumps! From the original quote to the final installation of our two heat pumps, everything went very smoothly. Everyone we dealt with was so friendly and professional. The installation team did a fantastic job, were very efficient, and we were shocked at how clean everything was when they left. We would definitely recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again in the future!”
