I went to gentle touch, which was recommended by a friend, to receive my free skin consultation. I’ve been struggling with skin issues as I age and have been really subconscious about it.
When I first went into the clinic I was greeted by warm smiles. My apt was with Nyah and she was awesome. She was soft spoken and easy to approach, she grave amazing skin recommendations and some spa services that she felt would be beneficial. The thing I love most is she didn’t try to upsell me on services that she didn’t feel would be a large benefit at this moment. We worked out a skincare regiment together and I went home very excited to try my new products.
I’m very pleased with all the interactions i had in the clinic as well as with the clinic as a whole. I would 100% recommend and I can’t wait to go back for my first real spa service 😊“

Dr. Padmaja is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and truly an expert in what she does. She took the time to clearly explain the laser treatment process, what results to expect, and how many sessions would likely be needed.

What I appreciate most about her is her honesty and professionalism. If laser treatment is not needed for a certain area, or if your skin requires treatment before starting laser, she will tell you. She genuinely wants her patients to achieve the best possible results and never recommends unnecessary treatments. As a dermatologist, her expertise goes beyond laser treatments, and her skincare advice is always thoughtful and personalised.
