John is awesome. Does targeted treatment depending on needs, gives advice on what you can do on your own and has my lawn looking great after only a year of services. The previous owners had a major dandelion problem and they are all but gone after 1 year

I have been going to MSM for about a year and Jodie is phenomenal. Her space is large yet feels cozy, in the winter she gets the room warm with and uses a heating pad. If she uncovers a particularly difficult area she will really focus on it which I appreciate - I’m there for the therapeutic aspect more than relaxation. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Shane and his team. I called 4 different services when I called DownEast. They were the first to call back (same day) with a clear and concise quote (which was much lower than I expected), with a few options. 2 of the other three called back with much higher quotes and vague timelines.
