John is awesome. Does targeted treatment depending on needs, gives advice on what you can do on your own and has my lawn looking great after only a year of services. The previous owners had a major dandelion problem and they are all but gone after 1 year

Good honest folks! I had a foundation crack assessed today and the gentleman told me it's an easy DIY fix with some good caulk from the outside since the entire thing is above ground. He could have recommended and injection to make a buck, but he wanted what was best for me and I appreciate that!
As a side note. It's rare that trades folk talk to women like competent beings. Normally they talk to me like I've never even seen a screw before, but this guy spoke to me like a regular human who has relevant knowledge and I cannot overstate what a nice contrast that was from my normal experience. 10/10!

I would highly recommend Shane and his team. I called 4 different services when I called DownEast. They were the first to call back (same day) with a clear and concise quote (which was much lower than I expected), with a few options. 2 of the other three called back with much higher quotes and vague timelines. Called diamond to check out my water system in my rental as it seem to be not working as it should . A tech came out and check it over and said it was in fine shape and just need to be reprogram to regenerate properly. He came out to beaverbank and didn't charge me anything. Who does this today travel and don't charge. Nobody is know . These people are awesome.
