“Called yesterday in a panic looking to have my senior cat seen for sudden loss of appetite and they were able to fit me in same day. The place was clean and the staff were friendly and informative and great with my furbaby! They were able to diagnose, treat and send us home with meds and a followup plan and reassured me they will call in a few days to check on us. I appreciate that they gave me options about which tests I wanted to pursue and not pressured into having more done than I could afford. They were professional and compassionate. I would totally recommend! ?“

“We brought our Australian Cattle Dog in to be Spayed, never had any of my dogs Spayed or Neutered before. We were a little nervous of the process and procedure. We got a recommendation for this Clinic from our own vet who doesn't do these surgery's. Once we went to Carnegy Animal Hospital, we got to meet Dr.Lang and she was amazing. Made us feel very comfortable and she is quite knowledgeable, very professional. My dog, "Tom" was treated very well, the surgery was successful and everything went great. The Stitches are very well done and Tom doesn't seem to be in agony like I expected. I will be going to take my other 4 Dogs to Dr.Lang, she is amazing. As far as the price of the Surgery, it was reasonable and fair. About the same as all the other places we called. Very happy with my experience. Thank you Dr.Lang and all other ladies involved.“
“Absolutely amazing staff. They were fabulous with the first cat I brought in but I was extremely impressed with my last visit with another cat I have. He is an extremely nervous cat due to ptsd. They were so kind and patient. I've never seen him be comfortable around someone new so quick. The vet wad able to have all 4 paws clipped in minutes even with his extra toes! He didn't even squirm. I am just so over the moon with the staff here!“

“I can't say enough kind things about the staff at BPAH.I started bringing my senior cat Tibby there shortly after the clinic opened. The staff are always kind and welcoming, the clinic is always clean, and I always enjoy saying hi to the CEO (cat executive officer)!I'd never gone through having a pet go through surgery before, so I was understandably nervous but the staff and Dr. Erjavec answered all of my questions and I know they took excellent care of Tibby before, during, and after her amputation. When I took her for a follow up appointment to assess her healing, I could hear everyone in the back praising Tibby and doting on her - a testament to how much these people care for the pets that come in.We unfortunately had to say goodbye to sweet Tibby a few weeks ago, and I miss her dearly, but I know my next pet (whenever that may be) will be a patient at Bedford Parks.“
