“I volunteer with a national rescue organization, so I have the chance to work with dozens of clincs all across Canada. The service from Vetcetra has been exceptional. I've had incredible communication with their front office staff, and the doctors were quick to reply to emails while collaborating on care. I received appointment notes and invoices promptly, and the whole experience is just entirely professinal, friendly, and well organized. Impressed :)”
“always super good with my cat, the staff are very nice and their care is always consistent. it’s the small things and attention to detail they give to your animal that really makes bedford parks special”
“Always great with me pets, and patient with my reactive dog to make sure he gets the best care possible- even with the stress he might feel at the appointment, he is still always excited to go in.”
